Legal case platform

Every case, every document, one clear picture.

Legal AI collects the documents of a case, analyses them and shows how they relate. You compare strategies, see the implications of each option and produce the documents you need.

Principle

Everything the AI writes is marked. You always see what a person wrote and what the machine suggested.

Marked like this:AI · 92%

Memo · Confidential2026-014 · v3

Termination of the supply agreement

§ 9.2Notice period

AI · 92%

Possible risk: the notice was sent two days after the deadline in § 9.2. See the delivery receipt on p. 14.

Example with invented content: a memo with one AI suggestion.

How it works

From the first document to the finished brief, in four steps.

  1. 01

    Ingest

Upload documents or import them from SharePoint. Scans are read with OCR.

  2. 02

    Context

The AI analyses every document and writes the case context: findings, chronology and citations with page references.

  3. 03

    Strategies

Set the goal, develop strategies and compare their implications and risks side by side.

  4. 04

    Output

Generate the documents you need and publish them. AI-written passages stay marked.

What Legal AI does

Nine capabilities, one case file.

Each part works on the same case: the documents, the context the AI derives from them, and the decisions you make.

§ 01Document Center

Every file of a case in one place.

Upload PDFs, Word files, emails and scans directly, or import them from SharePoint with read-only access. Scanned pages are read with OCR, so their text can be searched and analysed.

  • Upload by drag and drop, many files at once
  • SharePoint import, read-only, after you sign in to Microsoft
  • OCR for scans and photographed documents

§ 02Analysis and case context

What is where, and how it connects.

After ingestion, the AI reads every document and writes the case context: findings, relevance, key information and how the documents relate to each other. The context is updated when documents are added, changed or removed.

  • Findings with their relevance to the case
  • A chronology of events across all documents
  • Every statement cites its document and page

§ 03Case Manager

One goal, several strategies, compared side by side.

Each case has a main goal and a defined analysis. You develop strategies, compare them in one view and weigh the implications and risks of each option before you decide.

  • Main goal and analysis for every case
  • Strategies compared side by side
  • Implications and risks stated for each option
Fig. 03Case Manager

§ 04AI chat

Ask at every step of the case.

The AI chat knows the case context. Ask about a document, test an idea or add a strategy, at any step. Every legal answer ends with a disclaimer and the possible implications.

  • Answers grounded in the case documents, with citations
  • Add files, ideas and strategies from the conversation
  • Disclaimer and implications on every legal answer

§ 05Agent teams and routines

Repeatable work, with a person at every decision.

Agent teams take on work in several steps: they break a judgment down into its parts, prepare drafts and stop for your review before anything is final. Routines run on a schedule, for example a daily check for new court decisions relevant to your cases.

  • Judgment anatomy: parties, facts, reasoning, ruling
  • Drafting with review stops that you approve
  • Daily monitoring of new court decisions

§ 06Output documents

Finished documents in the format you need.

Generate briefs, memos, comparisons and reports as DOCX, PDF, PPTX, HTML or XLSX. Open every uploaded and generated document in the built-in viewer, and publish or unpublish it. AI-written passages keep their AI label in the exported file.

  • DOCX, PDF, PPTX, HTML and XLSX
  • Built-in viewer for all documents
  • Publish and unpublish; AI content stays marked

§ 07Multi-tenant security

Your data stays within your organisation.

Every customer is a separate tenant with its own address. Row-level security in the database keeps each tenant's data apart, and roles decide who may see and change what. AI tasks that involve personal data can be limited to providers in Switzerland or the EU; hosting in Switzerland is on the roadmap.

  • Strict isolation per tenant, enforced in the database
  • Roles: admin, lawyer, client, viewer
  • Data residency rules per AI task; Swiss hosting planned

§ 08Multilingual

Five languages, and the AI answers in yours.

The interface is available in German, English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. Analyses, chat answers and generated documents are written in the language of your profile.

  • Deutsch, English, Português, Français, Español
  • AI output follows your profile language
  • Change the language at any time

§ 09Knowledge base

Swiss, Portuguese, Brazilian and international law.

The knowledge base draws on official publishers: Swiss law, Portuguese and Brazilian law, and international law. Answers cite the provision and its source, so you can check every reference yourself.

  • Swiss law and federal court decisions from official sources
  • Portuguese and Brazilian law
  • International law, with verifiable sources

  1. § 1

The AI is not a lawyer.

Legal AI supports your work on a case on a best-effort basis. It does not give legal advice and does not replace a lawyer.

  2. § 2

Every legal answer carries a disclaimer and its implications.

Answers end with a disclaimer and a short block on the possible implications, so you can weigh each option.

  3. § 3

    AI content is always marked.

Text, findings and drafts written by the AI carry the AI badge, on screen and in exported documents.

  4. § 4

    Data is isolated per tenant.

The documents and cases of each organisation are kept apart in the database. Nobody outside your tenant can see them.

Questions and answers

Eight questions, answered directly.

Short answers on what Legal AI does today, where the data is and what the AI may and may not do.

  1. What does Legal AI do?

Legal AI is a web platform for working on legal cases. It collects the documents of a case, analyses them with AI and writes a case context with findings, a chronology and citations with page references. You compare strategies with their implications and risks and generate the documents you need.

  2. Which law does Legal AI cover?

The knowledge base draws on official publishers: Swiss federal law and decisions of the Federal Supreme Court, Portuguese law, Brazilian law, and European and international law. Answers cite the provision and its source. The knowledge base holds the sources that have been imported; it is not a complete collection of any jurisdiction.

  3. How is AI-generated content marked?

Every text, finding and draft written by the AI carries the AI badge, on screen and in exported documents, with a confidence value where one is known. Every legal answer ends with a disclaimer and a short block on the possible implications.

  4. Where is the data stored, and who can see it?

Each customer organisation is a separate tenant. Row-level security in the database keeps tenants apart, and roles (admin, lawyer, client, viewer) decide who sees what inside a tenant. The database runs in Zürich, Switzerland; the application server runs in Germany. AI processing uses cloud models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI, so text sent to the AI can be processed outside Switzerland. A residency rule per AI task limits which providers may be used.

  5. Which languages does Legal AI support?

The interface is available in German, English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. Analyses, chat answers and generated documents are written in the language of your profile, whatever the language of the source documents.

  6. Which file formats can I upload and export?

You upload PDF and Word files, emails and scans, or import them from SharePoint; scanned pages are read with OCR. Output documents are generated as DOCX, PDF, PPTX, HTML or XLSX.

  7. Who is Legal AI for?

Legal AI is built for law firms and legal departments and for the clients they work with. Lawyers work on the cases; clients and viewers see the cases shared with them. Access is by invitation; there is no public sign-up.

  8. Is Legal AI legal advice?

No. Legal AI is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice. Its answers are prepared on a best-effort basis from your documents and the knowledge base, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Decisions stay with a qualified lawyer.
